More technical support and higher priority than Basic. The right level when the website is active and you want us to take greater responsibility for operations and updates.

Premium is the main level for active company websites, especially WordPress sites where updates, performance and troubleshooting need more ongoing handling.

This level gives more technical attention than Basic, but it is still a hosting package. Larger development work, integration work and on-call support are agreed separately.

Premium fits when the website affects customer dialogue, sales, bookings, campaigns or trust and should not be treated as a passive information site.
