Basic is right when the website should be stable and safe, but does not need much ongoing technical work.

We handle the server environment, SSL/TLS, backup and essential security layers. Updates can be planned or automated after technical review.

The support level is adapted to simple websites and smaller accounts. More extensive troubleshooting, development or faster handling requires a higher package level or separate agreement.
