The highest package level with broader technical support, more coordination and a more predictable monthly cost. On-call support and specific response times are agreed when needed.

Dedicated is for customers who want Webbfabriken closer as technical backup, not only as the place where the website is hosted.

The level fits when several websites, suppliers, agencies, freelancers or internal teams need coordination without responsibility disappearing between parties.

This is still a controlled managed model. Extended standby, fixed response times and custom SLA are defined in a separate agreement.
