2. What data we collect
- Contact data you provide via forms or email (name, email, phone, message).
- Visit data: anonymised IP-hash, page visited, language, referrer. No third-party trackers.
- Service-related data when you are an active customer (account, billing, usage logs).
3. Legal basis & purpose
Contact data is processed based on legitimate interest or your consent to respond to your inquiry. Customer data is processed based on contract performance. Visit data is processed for service operation and security.
4. Storage & retention
All data is stored on Swedish infrastructure operated by Webbfabriken AB. Visit data is kept for 90 days. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract plus 7 years (statutory bookkeeping). Contact inquiries are kept for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Sharing & third-country transfers
We do not transfer personal data to third countries. We do not share your data with advertising networks or analytics providers. We may share data with sub-processors (e.g. payment providers, email providers) — all listed in our DPA available on request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or limit processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact us at info@webbfabriken.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
