All data is stored on our infrastructure in Sweden. We do no third-country transfers and our servers are operated by Webbfabriken AB in the Stockholm region.
Do you help me migrate my site?
Yes. When switching from another host we move your WordPress, email and DNS at no extra cost. Just tell us your preferred date.
What happens during an outage?
We have 24/7 monitoring. During incidents you are notified by email and status.webbfabriken.cloud is updated in real time. Phone support weekdays 09–17.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, upgrades happen instantly without downtime. You pay the prorated difference for the current period.
